Thomas M. Tupper, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  He graduated from Michigan State University 1985 (B.A. Social Science), University of South Carolina Law School,(JD).

He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar 1988 (inactive) and Michigan Bar 1989, and U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan.  

Mr. Tupper's concentration has been in  Dramshop/ liquor liability; premises liability; first party and third party no-fault auto liability; general liability and insurance coverage.

He is a member of  the State Bar of Michigan, Ingham County Bar Association as well as Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
