Nicolette Zachary has concentrated her practice in auto liability (first and third party no-fault), premises liability, general civil liability, insurance coverage litigation, medical malpractice, other areas personal injury and property damage litigation, and appellate practice. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Accounting from Wayne State University and her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Michigan, including the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. She is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Oakland County Bar Associations and the Association for Defense Trial Counsel. She is also a member of and has served as a Director At Large on the State Board for the Women Lawyer's Association of Michigan for several years and served as the President-Elect of the National Conference of Women's Bar Associations.
